We have a wide range of special annual events within the parish, to celebrate significant dates in the Christian calendar and to connect with our wider community.
Christmas
Christmas Eve 4pm - All Saints
We love our amazing All Age Service on Christmas Eve, come celebrate with us for our Carol Service with Farmyard Animals!
Christmas Eve 8pm - All Saints
Experience the peace and joy of Christmas with our Carols by Candlelight Service.
(Early)Midnight Service 10pm - St Marks
Usher in the birth of Christ at our Early “Midnight” Carol Service.
Easter
Ash Wednesday 7pm - All Saints
Join us as we begin Lent - a time of remembering our weaknesses and practicing some extra self-discipline as we journey to Easter
Tenabrae - Thurs before Easter Sunday - St Marks
Maundy Thursday - the day before Jesus died. Join us at our St Marks Church for the Service of Shadows. Hear the story of the plot to arrest Jesus through to him being led to be crucified.
Good Friday 10.30am - All Saints
We remember the death of Jesus on Good Friday with our service in the cemetery
Easter Sunday 10.30am - All Saints
Come celebrate with us on Easter Sunday morning.
Camp
Easter Camp
Join our youth group for Eastercamp - which happens over the five days of Easter weekend. With over 3500 young people from over 90 different youth groups, from most of the denominations and youth organisations! Eastercamp takes over Spencer Park and transforms the area with giant marquees, carnival rides, skate ramps, food trucks and heaps more fun activities!
Church Camp
Towards the end of the year we host 2 night Church Camp at Hibburt / Spencer Park.
Join us for a relaxed and family-friendly camp weekend filled with community, worship and fun. Across the weekend there will be spaces for crafts, games conversation, and quiet prayer and reflection.
Shared Kai
We host a range of informal events throughout the year that create opportunities to connect over shared kai.
Join us once a month after church for a relaxed, bring-your-own shared lunch.
Take part in Guess Who’s Coming to Lunch, where we match you with a host in your area—bring a plate to share and enjoy meeting new people.
If you’re new to our community, we’d love to welcome you at one of our Newcomers Lunches, a great way to get to know us better.
Quiz Night
Join our annual mid-year fund raising event.
