20 September 26 | God’s Love | Matt 20:1-16
We read today from Matthew the Parable of the Vineyard Workers.
This is what this story is showing us - that God is kind, compassionate, gracious and forgiving, slow to anger and abounding in love.
When we see the contrast with Jonah we find a mirror that shows us that we are far from being like God.
As a society we are very keen to decide who should be treated well and who shouldn't.
The invitation to us here is; can we accept that we are loved and can we accept that those around us are profoundly loved too.
