Today’s Service
Today we join together and celebrate the confirmation of five of our members and welcome Bishop Peter Carrell who is here to perform the confirmations.
After our confirmations today, we read a passage from Mark Chapter 4 where we see Jesus calming the storm and we reflect on what confirmation means. Making a declaration of faith, doesn't mean you will never have doubts or questions again. Journey of faith is one step after the other.
We also consider Job 38-42 and the invitation to encounter God in your own life.

Matariki
Join us for a Combined Matariki Service on Sunday 30 June 10.30am.
A service in the style of our Christmas Lessons and Carols. With creative items and poems based on the themes of God’s creation, stars, seasons and reflection.
This will be a combined service will be followed by a soup lunch! No kids programme.
Prayer Community
In this ‘Year of Prayer’ for the regeneration of our Diocese we invite you to join the Diocesan Prayer Community.
This is a commitment to pray daily for personal renewal and the regeneration of our Diocese. The scriptures declare that “Unless the Lord builds the house those who build it labour in vain.” Psalm 127:1.
This is a call for us to ask that God would indeed build the church – our role is to pray and serve God faithfully.

321 is a course that invites you to see life the way Jesus does. Inspired by Jesus’ vision of reality, 321 is designed to help you think about God, the world and yourself through immersive videos and thoughtful illustrations.

Next term we will be launching a number of small groups, which are a great place to go deeper finding out about Jesus with others.
